“Spring trends” might typically call to mind Easter-egg colors and happy-go-lucky floral prints, but for Spring/Summer 2014 season, designers will emphasize on strong black-and-white looks (OK, there will be a few floral prints, too). Appropriate to wear year-round, easy to pull off at every budget, and sleek enough to work at the office or on date night, this trend is the definition of wearable. The ultramodern sleek look dominating next seasons trends will be a combination of minimalism and futuristic elements. Monochromatic color palette will be essential for Spring/Summer 2014 and with a combination of abstract patterns we might see some pretty bold graphic statements. Another few key items for the new season are sleeveless blazers, asymmetric skirts and tops as well as boxy tops and patterned pants, either skinny or wide legged, cropped or pajama style. So there is going to be something for everyone to choose from...I personally look forward the sleek futuristic look as I mostly prefer a minimalistic trend anyway...
